Anti-leak treatment of aluminium, tin-plated or non-rusting steel, copper, stainless steel, brass or polyester tanks (fibre tanks).
Important: EIR 2000 is completely free of polyester resins. It is not suitable for the treatment of tanks made of polyethylene or polypropylene (test engines, cars from about 1980 onwards). EIR 2000 forms a liquid-tight and anti-corrosion covering on the inside of the tank. Treatment is easy, curing is slow (2 hours), which is necessary to cover the inside surfaces of tanks.
Fibre and aluminium tanks: always clean with Restom®SDT 4060 before treatment.
