SW-23 MOBILE BIOLOGICAL PARTS AND BRAKE WASHER

The mobile CRC SW-23 SmartWasher® is an innovative, biological parts cleaning system that removes dirt and grime without using harmful chemicals. Perfect for maintenance and repair work, it ensures safe, efficient, and eco-friendly cleaning. The system combines 3 key components – the SmartWasher® parts washer, the OzzyJuice® cleaning fluid, and the OzzyMat® filter that contains a proprietary blend of microbes. OzzyMats® and OzzyJuice® are sold separately.

The SmartWasher® heats and circulates the OzzyJuice®, which loosens and removes dirt. Meanwhile, the microbes in the OzzyMat® are released into the fluid to break down oil, grease, and carbon-based contaminants — creating a self-cleaning system that produces no hazardous waste. Using the power of nature, the SmartWasher® delivers outstanding cleaning performance while eliminating the need to handle or dispose of dangerous waste. It’s a safe, sustainable, and low-maintenance alternative to traditional solvent or water-based parts cleaners.
