Description
The OzzyMat® is an essential part of the SmartWasher® system, designed to release powerful Ozzy microbes that break down grease, oil and organic debris in the parts cleaner.
The OzzyMat® has a multi-layer design with 4 white filter layers and 1 blue microbial layer. The white layer captures all dirt larger than 50 microns. For best results, remove one white layer weekly.
The blue layer acts as a microbial support structure and continuously delivers Ozzy microbes to the OzzyJuice® in your SmartWasher® tank, reducing clogging and keeping your system running smoothly. To maintain optimal system performance and a healthy microbe colony, the mat should be replaced every month.
