The machine features a cast iron frame on a steel sheet foot. The upper roll can be tilt over to facilitate the removal of the rolled work-piece. Rolling is done by a crank on the side of the machine.

The front and back rolls are separately adjustable so conical pieces can be made. These rolls are also equipped with a groove for wire rolling.
