PAINT ROUGH TEXTURED BLACK SAT/MAT - 0.5L (Peint 9120-Noir Gros Grain-500ml)

Single-component paint with a grained appearance. Air drying. Heat resistance: 180°C.

Coarse grain: 200-400 microns.

 

Uses :

- Dashboard (MG, ...)

- Motorbike engines (Harley-Davidson, ...)

- Mechanical parts (drum brakes, ...)

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Apply by spraying on surfaces previously degreased (Restom DU 2010), stripped and derusted (Restom PAC 2030):

- Dilution: 15-25% with our thinner Restom 5020

- Pressure: 3.5 to 4.5 kg /cm² - nozzle Ø 1.2 mm approx.

- Ca. 3-4 m²/litre

 

The parts:

- not subjected to high temperature are air dry (let dry for 48-72 hours at a room temperature of approx. 20°C and at a humidity of less than 70%).

- subjected to high temperatures are resistant to oil and fuel spills after curing in the engine heat.

 

It is also possible to bake the parts in a domestic oven (120°C - 2 hours). Do not apply the paint with a brush (the grained appearance is not ideal).

For a perfect application of this paint, it is important to follow the recommendations (drying time, application conditions...) indicated on the label or in the enclosed instruction leaflet.

 

Cleaning of application tools: Restom®DILUANT 5020 and Acetone.

Note: Do not apply to cylinder and cylinder head. See Restom KPM 6000 THT or Restom Blackcylinder 2020.
