Description
Restom® Refresh Noir 8820 is ideal for refreshing or repainting your chassis or frame. It is not necessary to remove the existing paint completely, perhaps without disassembling.
This product can be applied to existing kinds of paint and also the spots where iron has become visible because of its anti-corrosion effect.
Restom® Refresh Noir 8820 has been designed in order to avoid streaks when painting with a brush. This way, partial or complete restaurations can be carried out without a paint gun. So you don't need to use a paint gun to do partial or complete restaurations. If required, it is possible to spray Restom® Refresh Noir 8820 provided Restom® Diluant 5020 is added.
For a complete restauration, we recommend our Restom® EAF 2092 for an even better result because of the higher anti-corrosion strength and mechanical resistance.
Instructions for use:
Painting with a brush:
- Use a brush of good quality
- Stir the paint well before use
- Use the paint undiluted
- Old layers of paint should be sanded well, metal derusted and sufficiently degreased
Application with a paintgun :
- Dilute only with our Restom® Diluant 5020 (+/- 20%)
- Set the paint gun at 3 – 5 bar, nozzle of 0.8 – 1 mm
Do not use in the sun and do not repaint once drying has started (after max. 15 minutes).
If a second layer is necessary, wait at least 2 days after the first layer has been applied.
