Description
Anticorrosion paint for liquid cooled engines.
Suitable for motorblocs, carters, gear boxes, differentials, brake drums and all other parts made of cast iron, steel or light alloys exposed to high temperature.
Apply directly with a brush or a paintgun onto the degreased metal (or even better metal which has been treated before with our Restom® Phosprim PHO 4090) .
Water, salt, oil, fuel and cooling liquids resistant after baking with the engine heat.
This is a single component paint (no hardener), which lasts long even if the package has been opened.
Ready for use after 24h of drying at 20°C.
Resists temperatures up to 180°C at most, which is sufficient for liquid cooled engines, even when the cilinders are not included in the circuit.
Restom® Motor Peint PMV 3030 is also suitable for exhaust pots and radiators, but not for exhaust collectors or internal motor parts.
