MOBILE WALNUT BLASTER WITH DUSTCOLLECTOR HOBBYBLASTERS

The Hobbyblasters SB-58-V is a pressure blaster especially developed to be used with walnut shells for environmentally friendly blasting. Ground walnut shells are a particularly soft organic abrasive that does not damage the underlying material. This allows you to use it in a targeted way, for example to remove a single layer of paint without damaging the substrate. In addition, parts of cars or engines retain their original shape and dimensions, which makes this tool ideal for precision work.

The built-in 1200 W extraction system sucks most of the dust and walnut granules back into the boiler for reuse.

The unit is equipped with 4 sturdy wheels and a solid handle so you can move it around without any problems.

This blaster is therefore ideal for blasting engine components such as pistons, valves, cooling fins, intake and exhaust manifolds, insides of cylinder heads, crankcases, but also for delicate blasting on electronic components, moulds, glass, chrome work, ....
