Description
Base Mat 9510 is a paste product to be added to some of our paints to reduce their gloss. Base Mat 9510 is compatible with KPM 6000 Base Noire et Grise, Alufilm 4040 (ex VCA 4040), Epoxy EAF 2092, Carpeint 6010, Carvernis 6020, Motorpeint PMV 3030 and most solvent based paints.
Base Mat 9510 must be added between 10 and 25% (by weight) of the total amount of paint or varnish whose gloss is to be reduced. The action of this product is limited and does not allow to make a real matt from a glossy product, but allows to obtain a satin from a glossy and a satin/matt from a satin.
Not suitable for very high temperature paints (KPM 6000 THT, Blackpot 8830, Collecteur 4070 (ex PCE 4070), PHT 2020,...).
