The RO-2000-HD is a robust, professional car rotisserie that allows vehicles to rotate 360° safely and in a controlled manner. This system offers unlimited access to all parts of the bodywork or chassis for welding, blasting, spraying and other restoration tasks. The frame is adjustable in length and width and designed for heavy loads. Two powerful hydraulic cylinders allow the body to be lifted directly from the jack stands to the desired working height – completely without additional tools. For stable and effortless rotation, the centre of gravity can be precisely adjusted via the integrated rotary handle. The car rotisserie is equipped with a bushing-mounted rotary spindle (*) for stable and smooth rotation and six heavy-duty swivel castors with brakes, allowing even a mounted vehicle to be easily moved around the workshop. Depending on the vehicle type, it may be necessary to manufacture the mounting brackets for the chassis or body yourself.
