Description
This is the most effective technology for priming metal, aluminium or polyester bodywork:
- Excellent adhesion to metal, galvanized metal, cast iron, light alloys, polyester, polyester putty
- Extraordinary coverage : up to 200 microns per layer
- Epoxy : exceptional adhesion to clear or phosphated (with our PHO 4090) plate
- Anticorrosion : more than 2000 hours in salt spray (ISO standard 9227)
- Cures even at low temperature (up to 5°C)
- Easy to sand after 6 hours drying (at 20°C)
- Can be applied on the usual fillers
- Can be covered with common paints such as our CARPEINT 6010
- Immediately paintable with a solvent paint, the application of putty requires a waiting time of 5 to 7 hours depending on the temperature
Application with gun : 4,5-5 bar, nozzle +/- 1,2 mm, dilute DILUANT 2092 10-20 % (included in the kit)
