Description
The OptiMate 6 ampmatic Silver series is a fully automatic plug-and-play battery charger for battery charging, maintenance and testing. Once the charger is connected, the ampmatic microprocessor immediately starts analysing the condition of the battery. It then sets the ideal charging current and the most suitable programme. Because the charger can recognise the difference between a dead battery in need of charging and a sulphate battery in need of repair, it can save many more batteries than other chargers.
This device also brings back to life heavily discharged and nearly dead batteries. When the battery is fully charged, the eco power saving mode ensures ultra-low power consumption so that the battery remains fully charged for weeks or months. With ampmatic technology, this charger is suitable for all 12V lead-acid batteries from 3 to 144Ah and starts charging as early as 0.5V. Suitable for motorbike, car and boat. For both indoor and outdoor use (-40°C to +40°C).
