Description
The HVLP-99-02 paint turbine is a paint spraying system that functions with a large air flow rate at low pressure (HVLP = High Volume, Low Pressure), which is successfully used in the industry. This paint turbine obtains highly professional results.
• Low mist: Up to 80% of the paint is applied to the material.
• Saves more than 50% paint.
• Operates autonomously: no compressor needed, just connect to 230 Volt.
• Requires no special paints or thinner. Use your own products.
• The spray gun is equipped on the inside with stainless steel parts and is therefore suitable for the use of water-based paints.
• The spray jet can be set in 3 positions (vertical, horizontal, and round) by simply turning the air cap.
• The trigger of the spray gun is easy to handle.
• The air suction of the turbine happens at a height of 35 cm above the ground in order to avoid collecting dust from the ground and to guarantee a longer life span for the filter.
• It also avoids runoff or sagging. The air from the turbine is warm, which eliminates humidity and allows for the paint to dry quickly. Atomization is very limited and saves up to 50%.
• The 3-stage turbine produces dry air without oil and this gives you a perfect result. (no fish eyes or bubbling effects)
