Description
With this kit, you apply a zinc coating to a steel surface using an electrolytic bath. The purpose of this coating is to provide effective corrosion protection while making the part look “like new”.
Restom®ZingaKit allows the galvanizing of about 0.5 m², that is to say about 500 nuts of 10 mm, about 150 bolts (Ø 9 mm; L=60 mm), ...
KIT CONTENTS:
- 1 degreasing product: 500 ml of Restom® SDT 4060
- 1 stripping product: 500 ml of Restom® PAC 2030
- 1 treatment product: 4L of Restom® ZingaLyte 6300
- 1 passivating product: 500 ml of Restom® ZingaFinish 4080 Restom®. ZingaFinish 4080 is to be used exclusively after galvanizing with Restom ZingaLyte 6300
- 1 polish: 100 ml of Restom® PoliZinc 2090 Restom®. PoliZinc 2090 is to be used exclusively after passivation with Restom ZingaFinish 4080
- 1 wooden spatula for preparing the passivation bath
- 2 anodes for zinc plating: 2 zinc plates 10x15 cm
