1. What are the shipping costs of an article ?

To know the transport cost of one or more articles, you should click "order" in the productpage and the selected article (or more articles) will come in the shopping basket. Once in the shopping basket, choose the country of delivery. Transportcost will figure directly in the basket.

2. Are you selling to private people?

Yes, we sell to professionals and private persons.

3. Do you deliver outside Belgium ?

Yes, we ship all over Europe.

4. Where is your warehouse and showroom located?
|
We are located in Vichte (8570 Belgium) near the highway E17 (exit 4). Please make an appointment. You can download a map in "downloads".

5. What are your opening hours?
|
|
Our company is open from monday to friday from 8:45 till 12.15 and from 13.15 till 17.30 pm. Closed on saturday and sunday

6. What payment methods do you accept?
|
|
All internet orders should be paid by credit card. If you don't have a credit card, please print out your order and use fax or mail. We will mail or fax you a confirmation of your order, so you can make a bank wire to our account in Belgium. Delivery is done directly after receipt of payment.

7. Can we collect goods at your warehouse?
|
|
You can pickup all articles in our warehouse in Vichte. Although we have a big stock, please call ahead and inform if requested goods are available and please be sure that your vehicle / trailer is capable of handling the load. Don't forget tarp and tie downs. Please fax or mail your order before, this will avoid waiting time.

8. Should products be paid at pickup ?

Yes, to offer you the best price, all our prices are calculated on direct payment.

9. Do you accept Bankcards ?
|
|
We accept VISA, Eurocard/Mastercard and Cash payments. We cannot accept American Express cards.

10. Can we order "cash on delivery" ?
|
Cash on delivery is only possible for deliveries in Belgium and this service is available at extra cost. Please call for extra cost.

11. What is the delivery time of my order ?
|
|
We take care of your order and a strong packaging. After receipt of your order and payment, we try to dispatch within 2 working days. After picking up, delivery in Belgium is done within 2 working days, delivery in Europe is done within 4 working days. Parcels less than 2 kg are shipped by Post, heavy and oversized parcels are shipped by TNT.

12. What is the warranty on your products ?
|
For private use, most articles are guaranteed 1 year (following the terms of the manufacturer). Warranty does not apply to wear items, abrasives, polishing and restoration products, nor to items which seem to have been abused or tampered with or items not correctly mounted.

13. Do you have technical support ?
|

Yes, we have a large stock of spareparts in order to give you the best after sales service.

14. Can you deliver outside Belgium tax free ?
|
Salesman and companies in the European Union, having a valid VAT number are exempt from VAT. Salesman and private persons outside the European Union don't pay the Belgian VAT on export of the goods. They pay the VAT and import duties, applied in the country of import, to the shipping agent.

15. Do you make an invoice ?
|
|
Every delivery is provided with an invoice with indication of the amount of VAT. If you are professional, please give us your VAT number.
