1) General :
The buyer cannot dissolve the sales. Orders are binding after receipt of our written orderconfirmation or after delivery of the goods.
2) Prices :
All prices include VAT (21%) and are ex works Vichte. Our prices are subject to change without notice. A detailled invoice joins every delivery.
3) Delivery time :
About 99% of the articles are in stock. If an article is out of stock, your payment order will not be executed and we will inform you immediately of the delivery time.
4) Delivery and shipment :
Merchandise travels after full payment. The customer has to give a correct delivery adress and phone number. If your adress is wrong, is changed or if receiver is not home, resulting in a return of package ; all costs such as restocking cost, freight back, ... will be charged to the customer.
The goods travel on the risk of the buyer. The customer commits himself to inspect the goods in the presence of the transporter. Transportdamage should immediately be mentionned on the consignment note of the transport company. To be valid all damage claims should be remitted to us by registered post within 3 days after receipt of the goods. Each claim should be accompanied by digital pictures.
5) Payment terms :
Goods are payable at Vichte before delivery date or eventual collection. We accept VISA, Eurocard, Mastercard. Your data will be saved safety and encrypted by the secured key SSL3 delivered by Verisign. Your order is effective after approval of the credit card company. In case of refusal we will contact you immediately and have the right to cancel the order and shipment. Goods remain our propriety until total payment, even if they are transferred or assembled by a third person. In case of non-payment a remissness interest of 12 % a year is due with a minimum of 125 € and a maximum of 1500 €.
6) Indemnification :
Delivery times are not binding and eventual delay does not entitle someone to claim damages. We are not responsable for damage caused by wrong or imprudent use of the equipment. Read the manual carefully.
7) Tribunals :
In case of contestation only the tribunals of Kortrijk are authorized. The Belgian law is applicable. The sales conditions are always prior to the eventual purchase conditions of the customer.
